"Troy is a great personal trainer! I came to him with the objective of losing about 25 lbs. I trained with Troy 2x a week for 9 months, while I had plantar fascitis for most of the time. We had to train remotely due to Covid, but it all worked out great. Troy was always on-time, flexible enough to tailor the program to my needs and strength, and also willing to allow me to have input into my program as well.

I started losing the weight once he started giving me nutritional consulting. He gave me actionable insight that I followed and the lbs melted away and stayed away.
