Troy's love for fitness began early in life while exercising with his uncles as they trained for powerlifting competitions. During his teenage years, Troy's aunt introduced principles of healthy eating and taught him to read food labels so that he'd grow up equipped to make healthy choices. This was the start of Troy’s lifelong commitment to good health. As his passion grew, Troy witnessed his friends and family draw inspiration to walk a healthier path of their own.

Later in life, Troy acquired certifications in nutrition coaching, personal training, and corrective exercise from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as well as a certification in functional movement screening from Functional Movement Systems (FMS).

Today, Troy is an experienced fitness trainer and nutritionist who serves clients both independently and collaboratively with other coaches, physical and occupational therapists, and dieticians. Troy realized that a holistic approach yields the best results for his clients' overall health and wellness. He also assists clients in the correction of muscle imbalances, asymmetrical shifts, and the elimination of joint pain through a corrective exercise continuum process that improves physical mobility, balance, stability, and symmetrical musculature functionality.

Troy's mission is to inspire everyone to lead healthy and active lifestyles for long-term fitness success.
