"I have so many great things to say about training with Troy that I can't possibly say it all in 1 review. He structured a long-term training program around my goal to increase strength & speed as a marathoner. With his help, my hips, legs, glutes and back are stronger and more toned. And Bonus! - I gained balance & stability as a result of his training technique, which is important for distance running. Troy demonstrated commitment to my goals on multiple levels. Because he understood that marathon training involves much more than strength exercises, he carefully scheduled leg & glute days with sufficient recovery time to support my weekly long runs. And his creativity, flexibility & smarts shine through in every session. Every session was challenging, fun(ish) 😉 and unique from the last.
