"When I first started to work with Troy my goal was to lose inches, maybe a few pounds but most of all become stronger! With Troy’s help and his quiet way of pushing me I am stronger, I have lost inches and even a few pounds. He is great at modifying exercises (I have shoulder issues) and he explains proper technique which I really appreciate. Troy has a way of encouraging you to complete that last rep when you think you can’t!! He is a great trainer, professional and kind and always ready to listen to your input.

 

I am grateful for Troy helping me meet a few of my goals. I would highly recommend Troy to anyone!!

"I was in small group personal training sessions with Troy for several months and can’t say enough good things about working with Troy. He is punctual, provides a variety of exercises, offers modifications for individual limitations, always encouraging and positive, pushes enough to keep improving, has a great personality and made our sessions fun! I always looked forward to our sessions and saw improvement in my strength and conditioning. I had to take some time off due to an old injury, but plan to return after I have surgery."
