"Troy is a passionate and knowledgeable trainer who was really good at assessing my fitness level and then developing a workout program accordingly. He is extremely supportive and enthusiastic, with a wonderful demeanor for interacting with and motivating people. Because of this, I know I work harder when training with him. Troy also has a way of modifying exercises so that I get the most benefit possible. Doing the exercises with correct form is important to Troy, and I’ve benefited greatly from his attention to proper technique. He also welcomes feedback and will adapt accordingly. So as you can see, I’m immensely pleased to work with Troy, and would highly recommend him as a trainer for anyone."
